Hollywood International Regional Center is a Los Angeles-based real estate developer and EB-5 regional center that finances, develops, and manages luxury hospitality and residential projects with a focus on downtown Los Angeles. It operates as a subsidiary of the FIVE CHIARS development group and draws on more than 30 years of experience in the Los Angeles market. The EB-5 program enables foreign investors to obtain permanent U.S. residency by investing in qualifying projects.

It currently has six luxury hotel projects at varying stages of development, collectively comprising over 2,000 rooms. Its portfolio includes partnerships with hospitality brands such as Tao Group, Dream Hotels, Thompson Hotels, and Tommie Hotels.
