Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC is a full-service family law firm in Carmel, Indiana. Our family law team represents clients with all types of family law issues including divorce, custody, child support, paternity, adoptions (as well as contested adoptions), guardianships, post-decree issues such as contempt and modifications, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, education expenses, and family law appeals. Most of our family law attorneys are also mediators, and many are trained in collaborative divorce. Our attorneys are compassionate, but tough. We realize that when we meet our clients are often going through some of life's most difficult challenges, and we make every effort to minimize conflict, and assist our clients in reaching the "next best stage" in their lives. Most of our attorneys were children of divorce, and accordingly we understand the special care and attention that needs to be taken when children are involved in legal family matters. We are responsive, determined, compassionate, and strive to provide white-glove treatment to all clients, regardless of their income or the size of their net marital estate. In addition to our family law team, HZ also assists clients with estate planning and elder law, education law (assisting families who have children with special needs in the public school system), criminal matters including but not limited to DUI/OWI, bankruptcy, personal injury, and small business issues.
