Holladay Distillery is a mid-sized beverage manufacturer located in Weston, Missouri. Its roots go back to 1856 when the Holladay brothers established a distillery around a limestone spring noted by the Lewis and Clark expedition, with bourbon forming the core of its production. The operation passed through several owners and names, becoming McCormick Distilling Company in 1942; it was acquired in 1993 by Ed Pechar, Mike Griesser, and private investors, and in 2016 it returned to the Holladay Distillery name as part of McCormick Distilling Company.

The company has developed its bourbon portfolio, including the Real Missouri Bourbon launched in 2022. In 2026, Holladay Distillery announced a multi-state distribution agreement with Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, expanding its reach across key U.S. markets. These developments reflect a role as a regional bourbon producer within the beverage manufacturing industry, leveraging a long-standing history and strategic partnerships to serve retailers and consumers.
