Hinge Therapeutics is a drug discovery company built around a simple idea: many diseases persist because we are not measuring the biology that matters most.

Patients with rare, inflammatory, and treatment-resistant diseases often suffer from gaps in understanding—where static genomics or protein abundance fail to explain what is actually happening in real time. At Hinge, we focus on what is usually missed: functional activity, protein dynamics, and early physiological signals.

We bridge key gaps in the omics space by integrating protein conformational dynamics (Hingeomics), phosphoproteomics and pathway activity, and real-time extracellular physiology (EMotIon). Together, these approaches reveal early, otherwise invisible signals that conventional technologies and AI models do not capture.

Hingeomics makes protein motion and regulation actionable for drug discovery. Phosphoproteomics tells us what pathways are truly active. EMotIon captures label-free, high-resolution, real-time extracellular ion dynamics—often detecting dysfunction before irreversible damage occurs.

By generating these missing layers of biology, we help improve how diseases are understood, modeled, and treated.

Our internal pipeline applies this strategy to SERPIN-related disorders, including hemophilia, inflammation, and fibrosis—conditions where restoring biological balance can change patient outcomes.

We do this for patients and families who cannot afford delayed insight. By making invisible biology visible early, Hinge Therapeutics aims to enable better medicines, sooner.
