High Quality Mortgage, is an independently owned mortgage brokerage firm, renowned for customer service and quality real estate programs. High Quality Mortgage was founded in 2015 by John V. Fornino and Matthew D. DiBrino. John V. Fornino began his career in the mortgage Industry, in 2002 when he was just 21 years old. During that first year he was named Top Producer of the month 4 times and in 2004 was, just two years into his career, he was the number one producer. This is an accolade that he continued to carry throughout his career. In 2004 he took his talents to Citizen’s Financial Mortgage where he was in charge of day to day operations as well as managing and training a team in which he was a team leader. In 2008 John opened his own mortgage company, of which yet again he was the top producer for each year. John has an outstanding reputation as an intelligent and creative problem solver, always able to deliver on his promises. Matthew D. DiBrino recently received his Mortgage Broker and Loan Originator’s License, however his 13 years as a practicing Real Estate Attorney, gives him a background that is unmatched in this industry. Having been on both the seller’s side and purchaser’s sides of real estate transactions for over 13 years, rarely a situation arises in which Matthew has not dealt with. As owner of his private law practice for the past 10 years, Matthew excels in personalized customer service and his strong attention to detail as well as his detailed knowledge of the recent changes in the Banking Industry laws and practices. Matthew has the hit the ground running having closed and funded over 5 million dollars in loans in first month in the industry with all very satisfied clients.
