HeritX is a transformational research & development organization partnering with a new generation of scientists and researchers who are motivated and driven to transform the current medical innovation process with the ultimate goal of eliminating all inherited cancers. Our driving purpose and sole focus is preventing inherited cancers, beginning with inherited BRCA cancer. The HeritX team knows from personal experience that inherited cancer devastates entire families not only in terms of health and quality of life, but also in emotional burden and financial impact. Rather than preventing cancer upfront, today’s paradigm is focused on treating cancer after it occurs. Those limited prevention approaches available for some inherited BRCA cancers are physically traumatic and unacceptable as a standard of care for the future. We aim to change the fate of children inheriting mutated genes, leaving families with a legacy of health.
