Her Honor Mentoring is a civic and social organization that connects high-potential young women with experienced female mentors to help bridge education and employment gaps. Based in Irvington, New York, the group emphasizes weekly online meetings where mentees—often the first in their family to pursue higher education—gain knowledge and 21st-century workforce skills, while building a professional network and learning about education, careers, and financial literacy. The program partners with mentors from various industries and aims to foster self-confidence and resilience in young women, contributing to healthier, more equitable communities through enterprise-based mentoring. The organization was founded by Nicole Sheindlin and Judith Sheindlin as a pragmatic approach to supporting young women in workplace and daily life contexts. In recent developments, Mastercard announced a partnership with Her Honor Mentoring, highlighting collaboration with corporate resources to broaden opportunities for participants.
