Henritze Dental Group, a multi-location/multi-provider practice is the leader in dental care in Southwest Virginia. Originating from a solo dental practice in Roanoke, Virginia, HDG features 13 (and growing!) privately owned practices, each maintaining their unique elements while also adopting the easy-to-embrace the “our Family Treating Yours” HDG company culture.

Founded in 1997, many of our offices retain their key original staff, mainly due to the support, pride of ownership and empowerment our employees feel within their work life and from the HDG Family. Because each office is managed by people who have built it from the bottom up, we experience a very low turnover rate – which helps us to continue to grow from within as we also acquire new practices to grow the group. Our goal is to provide affordable, high-quality care and we want patients to invest in a long-term relationship with us as their provider. Our treatment approach is to educate and remove barriers dentistry has historically presented as we take the time to understand the patients’ needs before performing any treatment.

Each office is offered a degree of autonomy with setting hours that match their market and retaining a unique design to their facility. Internally, the benefit is that HDG helps manage administrative, training, financial and overall support areas that often can be overwhelming or overlooked while managing a day-to-day practice.  We are proud to offer state-of-the-art technology to support patient treatment.
