First and foremost we are Whiskey Craftsmen and we are very passionate about our field. Crafting Whiskey came very natural to us due to our passion for not only the art of distilling, but for the spirit as well. This passion of ours is far from new, in fact it’s a family tradition. In 1851 Matthew Henebery set the stage for our family by entering the Whiskey distilling industry; he turned rectifying whiskey into a lifelong profession.

Similarly to our “Humble Boss,” Matthew Henebery, we believe and stand firm by strong family conviction. We are a dedicated family owned business and we are fortunate to have such great ideals passed down to us. As a proud family business it is our honesty, conviction, and integrity that leads us to work hard to achieve Celebration.

To accomplish this we will now and always demand the absolute best ingredients. As a policy we have decided to utilize only the finest natural ingredients, ensuring the most satisfying and flavorful product possible. We will not sacrifice our products integrity by settling for anything less than perfect. Like our predecessor, Matthew, we will listen carefully to the demands of our customers and provide accordingly.

We have created a superior and innovative infusing technique that undoubtedly sets us apart. From the start of our distilling process to the end we are mindful of our product and incorporate our infusion throughout its entirety. We have mastered our innovative process and are able to add sophisticated flavor, which in turn creates a sophisticated product.

Matthew Henebery lived a life of superior conviction; he not only spoke of his ideals but he demonstrated them by his everyday actions. His actions are why his ideals will never die, and we at Henebery Spirits inc. have learned from his moral aptitude and promise to stay true to our beliefs. He taught more than anything to be humble, to be honest, and to work hard to achieve ultimate celebration.
