Welcome!  Since 1983, Dr. Marilyn Henderson has been working with patients to provide the best podiatric care for patients in the Lancaster area. Dr. Henderson's experience in podiatry is coupled with genuine concern for her patients.  All our staff is dedicated to your comfort and well-being.  Our goal is to help you maintain healthy feet.

Dr. Henderson prides herself on a gentle, conservative approach to your foot care needs.  She offers a state-of-the-art computer-aided design of custom orthotics utilizing a scanner.  She also uses fiberglass casting to dispense custom-made plastic and leather braces. Both techniques address the conservative approach to foot problems when surgical correction is not an option.  Dr. Henderson recently added a Fall Assessment protocol to enable her to diagnose and treat geriatric patients who are at risk for falls.

Our treatment of diabetic footcare includes participation in the Medicare Therapuetic Shoe program which provides extra-depth shoes and heat-molded inserts at no charge to qualifying patients.  This benefit is available each calendar year.

We specialize in a non-surgical approach to most podiatric problems including heel pain and carry a wide variety of both custom and semi-custom orthotics.  These are either rigid or soft arch supports which help to control foot function and provide shock absorption.
