Helms Capital’s primary mission is to make capital investments in privately held businesses, in private equity and similar funds, and in investment quality real estate assets. Direct investments in businesses or real estate are typically made to finance growth and/or liquidity for current owners, and may be either control or non-control in nature. Typical investment sizes range from $1 to $5 million in equity, although investments of up to $20 million can be made through established alliances with like-minded investors. The firm’s investment time frame is long term, as Helms Capital is not a private equity fund and does not seek third-party capital. Helms Capital has a long and successful history of making capital investments (both on a standalone basis and through affiliated entities). 

Helms Capital provides advisory services to clients, primarily relating to mergers & acquisitions and capital formation and raises.
