Helium and Goodnights Comedy Clubs operates full-service entertainment venues in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, delivering live stand-up performances by nationally recognized headliners in intimate theaters. Shows run about an hour and forty minutes and typically include an opener, a feature, and a headliner with national TV credits, with audiences seated relatively close to the stage. The facilities are non-smoking and offer a full bar, a menu of starters and desserts, and a relaxed atmosphere, with tiered seating and unobstructed sightlines from every seat.

The venues also host corporate events such as business meetings, keynote speeches, networking events, or industry awards. As a full-service rental option, packages include cleaning, room setup, lighting, AV support, bar and buffet service, and coat check; a recent collaboration with Progressive Development Group and the Energy Trust of Oregon supports energy-efficient insulation upgrades at related properties.
