Healthy Teen Network is a national nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, Maryland, focused on sexual and reproductive health for young people. Its origins trace back to 1979 when it began as the National Organization on Adolescent Pregnancy and Parenting to support pregnant and parenting teens. Over the years it broadened its scope to include prevention and a holistic approach to adolescent health, encompassing healthy relationships, sex positivity, gender, and sexuality. As a national membership network, it connects practitioners and programs to help young people access information and services that enable them to live healthy and authentic lives.

In 2024, Healthy Teen Network launched the Innovation Incubator Hub to advance work in youth sexual health and related fields. The organization operates to support and empower young people through collaboration and shared resources across its national membership.
