Health Tech Without Borders is a global non-profit organization based in Zurich, Switzerland, that supports communities affected by sudden humanitarian emergencies. It operates as an innovation hub that connects providers of digital health tools with medical and psychological care experts, enabling services such as online consultations, remote monitoring, and digital therapeutics. The organization links vetted volunteer clinicians with people in crisis and offers online training for clinicians in crisis areas, along with access to vetted digital health tools, while remaining non-sectarian and apolitical.

Founded in 2022, HTWB collaborates with corporations, universities, government agencies, and other institutions worldwide to deliver healthcare support to affected communities. To date, it has assisted more than 65,000 patients and facilitated training for over 2,000 clinicians; in December 2023, it announced partnerships that launched a free mental health app for displaced Ukrainians in the UK.
