Many families struggle with lots of things, and that's where HeadFirst comes in. At HeadFirst, our job is to create a welcoming environment for you to begin the process of healing and to help you find your own solutions to the problems that are troubling you or your family. We believe that everyone has the capacity and ability to thrive- it’s a matter of our own lack of self-acceptance and low self-worth that stops us. 

HeadFirst Counseling was founded as an alternative to stuffy, formal therapy offices where the focus is placed on the problem.We focus on your strengths and your innate ability to find creative solutions to your current concerns.At HeadStart we will work together to help you or your child feel cared for and understood in order to begin to accept your true self (flaws included!).

We use collaboration and creativity in our work with adults, teens, and children in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. As a client you are valued, understood, and accepted regardless of your presenting concern- no problem is too big or too small! Let's dive in and get to work!
