The firm started in New Hampshire in 1979, and was originally named Strimbeck, Davis & Soloway. Later Oliver Wolcott “Pat” Hayes joined the firm and it became Hayes, Davis & Soloway. The firm was exclusively located in Manchester until 2001 when it opened the firm's first western office in Tucson, Arizona under the current name, Hayes Soloway.
