HTDC is a Hawaii state agency focused on diversifying the economy by building a technology sector that provides quality, well-paid jobs for residents. Based in Honolulu and created in 1983, the agency operates within the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT). It supports innovation by providing capital, infrastructure, and programs to develop technology talent and nurture startups.
