We are a 501c3 non-profit organization that believes a safe & stable home for families is important to provide a platform for success in their professional & personal lives - including for their keiki.  We prepare families for stability in homeownership through a lifetime membership of pre-purchase home buyer classes & individual coaching, and post-purchase services.

We opened in October of 2003 and are the only afffiliate of NeighborWorks America (a non-profit organization chartered by Congress) that provides pre- and post-homeownership services in Hawaii.  We know that homeownership education & coaching works - even in a challenging housing market.  72% of our members purchase a home within 1-2 years of coming to HHOC and half were deemed low to moderate income when they enrolled.
