Harvard Undergraduate Real Estate Investment Group (HUREIG) is a student-led organization based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, founded in 2018. It is the leading real estate investment student organization at Harvard College and runs a structured program that covers property valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling. New members receive foundational training, while active members work on underwriting real-world opportunities in collaboration with leading industry partners, applying quantitative and qualitative analysis. The group also hosts a Speaker Series that brings in industry leaders, academics, and real estate firms to share perspectives on the global market. Its aim is to supplement Harvard's coursework with practical, career-oriented exposure to real estate investing and to connect students with professionals in the field.
