Harrisburg School District is the public education system serving the City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, an urban, culturally diverse community in south-central Pennsylvania. It serves about 7,400 students and maintains a sizable staff, supported by a dedicated Human Resources Department that coordinates district personnel. Operating within the education administration field, the district provides public K-12 education and oversees district-wide programs to support students, families, and staff.
