Hakim Saya is a boutique Business Finance Consulting and a licensed finance broker under California Financing Law in San Francisco, CA. The company was founded by Murat Wahab, a seasoned banker, hotelier, entrepreneur, and venture startup advisor. He named the company after his late nephew, whom he considered a son, Hakim, who died in a tragic car accident at the age of 16 years old in 2018. Hakim in Arabic means "Wise," and Saya in Malay is "Mine or I." Thus, Hakim Saya means "My Hakim."

It is also to solve at least four significant challenges that we identified that founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners face:

4.	Most project sponsors, developers, owners, and borrowers find it challenging to secure project financing for their ground-up construction, especially a large-scale project, due to a lack of 20% - 30% cash equity.
