With 17 convenient locations across the Atlanta suburbs of Gwinnett County and North Fulton County, Gwinnett Clinic has served the area since 1983. Independently owned and managed by local physicians, many of whom were born and raised in Georgia, Gwinnett Clinic takes great pride in the educational backgrounds and healthcare experience of our 23 physicians and five nurse practitioners as well as our caring practice staff.

Gwinnett Clinic offers same-day and walk-in visits to our patients who appreciate the convenient access to the doctors they know and trust rather than having to deal with unfamiliar doctors at costly urgent care clinics, emergency rooms or complex corporate health systems.

As an independent out-patient care clinic, Gwinnett Clinic offers metro Atlanta a variety of care options including family medicine, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, sleep disorders, asthma, allergy & immunology, orthopedic surgery and physical therapy. We also offer onsite radiology and imaging, a laboratory and even a pharmacy.
