TekniPlex Consumer Products is the consumer packaging arm of TekniPlex, rooted in Grupo Phoenix, which joined TekniPlex in September 2021. The operation is based in Dublin, Virginia, and is sized as a mid-sized company with several hundred employees. It focuses on the design and manufacture of packaging and containers, leveraging materials science to protect products, support brand integrity, and pursue sustainable innovations for a global roster of brands across more than 20 consumer categories, including dairy, beverages, desserts, cosmetics, and household care. 

TekniPlex operates as a globally integrated company offering materials science and manufacturing capabilities, with a focus on healthcare and consumer products markets. Its client base includes well-known brands worldwide that rely on packaging and related solutions across healthcare, pharmaceutical, personal care, household, and food and beverage sectors. In May 2026, TekniPlex announced a collaboration with Alpura Group to create a 125-gram recyclable polypropylene yogurt cup using up to 36% less plastic and featuring an FSC-certified paper label.
