A nossa história teve início em 1999, quando o fundador Junior Durski, apaixonado por gastronomia, abriu o primeiro empreendimento, em Curitiba: o Restaurante Durski. Já em 2005, ele deu início à famosa marca Madero, tendo no cardápio hamburgueres, carnes, massas, sobremesas e diversas outras opções. Em 2020, veio mais uma inovação: a Ecoparada Madero, um complexo gastronômico moderno e sustentável localizado na rodovia Castelo Branco, em São Paulo.

Atualmente, estamos presente em mais de 80 cidades no Brasil, com cerca de 280 restaurantes e mais de 7 mil colaboradores "apaixonados" por uma comida saborosa e saudável! Os nossos alimentos são preparados na Cozinha Central, localizada em Ponta Grossa. É de lá que a magia acontece: produção, inovação e distribuição para todos os restaurantes do país, priorizando alimentos orgânicos e sem conservantes, elevando o padrão de qualidade do que é servido para aproximadamente 3 milhões de clientes por mês!
