Nossas bebidas são produzidas a partir de dois processos que possibilitam a preservação total dos nutrientes e a manutenção sabor natural dos sucos. O primeiro é o método de prensagem a frio, uma técnica milenar que prensa lentamente as frutas e hortaliças de forma a reduzir o contato com oxigênio para evitar oxidação das matérias-primas e a perda do valor nutricional. O segundo é a preservação dos produtos com a alta pressão hidrostática (ou HPP – High pressure process), uma tecnologia sem elevação de temperatura capaz de inativar micro-organismos e enzimas e, ao mesmo tempo, promover a manutenção das características sensoriais e nutricionais originais dos sucos. Esta tecnologia diferenciada é utilizada exclusivamente pela Greenpeople no mercado brasileiro.
