“The traditional HVAC model of one-time sales for the most expensive item in a house is daunting to customers, who don’t know if they’re getting “sold a bill of goods”, which equipment is best for them, who will install it properly, how to maintain it to last, and when it might need major repairs or replacement. Alternatively, simply offering a rental model brings peace of mind to the customer as their confidence in us, a contractor willing to stand behind the quality of equipment and installation to the extent that we are willing to take ownership of the equipment and resolve any issues, cannot be matched. Rental creates a long-term relationship with the customer with mutually aligned interests. We are motivated to minimize breakdowns and customer discomfort and to extend the life of our HVAC equipment.”
