Grady Health System is a major hospital and health care network based in Atlanta, serving the city for more than 135 years. It operates a central hospital, along with ten neighborhood health centers and Grady EMS, to address a wide range of community health needs. The system provides high-level services including Level 1 trauma care, a burn center for both adults and children, advanced stroke and neuroscience care, a comprehensive heart and vascular program, a 24/7 sickle cell center, HIV/AIDS care, cancer treatment, poison control, and mental health services.

Grady has earned accreditation from the American College of Surgeons for trauma and cancer care, and from The Joint Commission for its advanced stroke center, alongside recognition from the American Heart Association for heart failure care and other technology-related distinctions. In 2026, Grady expanded its geographic footprint with a new South Fulton location and freestanding emergency department.
