Gorilla Doctors is a veterinary services organization dedicated to the health and survival of wild mountain and Grauer's gorillas, delivering medical care and scientific study to support conservation. Its work covers five national parks across Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, guided by a One Health approach that links animal health with human and environmental health. While focused on eastern gorillas, the organization also conducts international research on population health trends and emerging infectious diseases that could affect both people and gorillas.

The organization is based in Davis, California, and was founded in 1986, operating with a relatively small staff of professionals and field personnel. In December 2023, Gorilla Doctors announced a collaboration with the Columbus Zoo to establish a field office, laboratory, and clinic for its veterinary team in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
