Goli Vadapav was incorporated with the idea of creating an ethnic snack chain offering the staple Mumbai street food vadapav in standardized, yummy, hygienic manner at economic pricing there by becoming an alternative to traditional fast food.

It is an Indian ethnic fast food restaurant chain originated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It was founded in 2004 as a vadapav restaurant by Venkatesh Iyer.

Our stores operate under the name of ‘Goli Vadapav No.1'

Starting our Operations in early 2004 with a single ‘Quick service restaurant’, today we operate over 300 stores in 100 cities across 20 states; with supply chain & technology support of a multinational food solutions company. The expanse is from Gorakhpur in North to Calicut in South and Porbandar in West to Kolkata in East. The Basket of products include varieties of vadapav, vada rolls, currys pavs and desserts. 

Goli Vada Pav is India’s 1st ethnic hygenic fast food chain with products made in fully automated ‘HACCP’ certified hands free plant.
