We're an elite company of STAFF camera crews built to shoot storytelling features for major networks, professional leagues, agencies & brands and Fortune 500 companies. 

We shoot features for the biggest sports, news and entertainment events capturing content for our clients to distribute down their many platforms.   

Our eSports division works alongside Turner’s ELEAGUE and ESPN’s Outside the Lines telling the stories of teams and players from all over the world. We shoot for Major League Gaming, Epic Games, The Score, etc. We've seen incredible growth in the industry and the emergence of a fascinating new group of Generation Z fans that are voracious consumers of content.

HGTV's hit, "Fixer Upper" is built around great talent and our team supported production behind the lens from the pilot to seasons 1-3. Our Unscripted team partners with production companies and major networks to shoot sizzles, pilots and full series. We're the Go To for some of the top networks, corporations and production companies in the world. They rely on Go To Team for solutions to the most challenging and critical elements in production: the camera team. 

Go To Team crews are STAFF W-2 employees, insured and bonded. We find developing cameramen, build them through our one of a kind Federally Accredited Apprenticeship program, support them with elite training and equipment and then place them strategically throughout the country to service our clients. Every DP/Cameraman has been through our 12-month apprenticeship and comes out of it ready to shoot for any and all clients. They not only understand the technical part of shooting and how the gear works, but their eye has been further trained along with the adept skills needed to handle themselves and other crew members on any set.
