GMB Fitness is a wellness and fitness services provider based in Mill Creek, Washington. It offers a movement program known as the GMB Method, which combines approaches from physical therapy, gymnastics, martial arts, and other disciplines, and has been refined since 2010 through work with many clients and ongoing feedback.

The program is designed for individuals who want to improve how they use their bodies for activities they enjoy, regardless of their starting fitness level. In the broader health and fitness industry, the company positions itself as a holistic approach to developing autonomy in movement by integrating multiple traditions into a single path. In 2015, it launched Elements to provide a base program aimed at building basic strength, flexibility, and motor control.
