Since our humble beginnings in 1984 when Bill Verner set up a small office in Southeast Georgia to strictly process claims for a couple of Insurers running off abandoned programs, we have evolved into a full service administrator. Jock Cockroft ran the company from 1994 until 2021 when he was lost his battle with cancer. In 2025, Jeremy Cockroft (Jock's son) acquired the business and is our current President/CEO. Jeremy continues the "GGC Way" of putting customers first like his father Jock started. The current management team we have assembled to run the sales and operations of our company have over 200 combined years in both the Insurance and Heavy Equipment industries. This coupled with our current insurer, Nationwide, a A+ rated S&P fortune 100 company, gives us all the tools required to offer not only warranty and service contract programs to fit any manufacturer or dealer needs, but also the ability to structure physical damage and loss damage waiver products as well.
