The Giddens Organization provides the much needed supplemental benefits for private groups across the state of Texas. These groups include: labor unions, state and government employees, police officers, firefighters and school teachers. We have a passion for protecting and serving the members that are part of the associations that protect and serve our community. Our associates and agents never take for granted that they are in a position to help provide security to families we serve while earning a great living. We have a competitive culture that allows the right people to excel. Being that we are a medium sized business with 66 employees we have the perfect combination of being small enough to have a close knit work family, while being big enough to offer plenty of upward mobility and growth opportunities for those willing to work for it.
