The Global Youth Coalition on HIV/AIDS is a youth-led global network of young leaders and adult allies working together at the intersection of the youth and HIV movements. Young people are uniquely affected by HIV and AIDS and must be leaders in developing the global response to the epidemic. GYCA helps young leaders attain the skills, knowledge, and relationships they need to engage meaningfully in decision making around HIV policies and programs. GYCA connects young leaders to mentors, funders, scholarships, information, training resources, and political advocacy opportunities to ensure that HIV interventions for young people are developed with the inclusion of young people. GYCA is a program of the Public Health Institute in Oakland, California.
