Founded in 2008, Global Minimum Inc. (GMin) creates a generation of African innovators, leaders and changemakers that implement solutions to challenges affecting their communities. GMin provides safe spaces, workshops, mentorship, and networks to promote science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education and ultimately equip young leaders with the skills and opportunities needed for their future employability.

GMin's programs empower youth with:

- Core 21st century competencies, including critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration through STEM education.
