Global Medical Solutions is a leading small batch manufacturer and provider of radiopharmaceuticals and other diagnostic imaging products and services throughout Asia, Europe, and the Pacific Rim. Through its owned and operated radiopharmacies and other manufacturing facilities, GMS compounds and/or manufacturers small batch or patient specific drugs. These products are used for diagnosis, monitoring or therapeutic treatment of disease, primarily for applications in nuclear medicine; including cardiology, neurology and oncology. In addition to manufacturing, GMS distributes radiopharmaceutical products, as well as other drug products and medical devices for several leading healthcare companies, including Comecer, Curium, GE, Hologic Medical, IBA, Jubilant DraxImage, Lantheus, Scintomics, Trasis, IRE and other manufacturers in selected markets.

GMS maintains strong, longstanding relationships with hospitals, doctors, laboratories and government institutions. Over the years, GMS has been able to leverage these relationships and its local knowledge to add complementary products and services primarily related to nuclear medicine or radiation. These offerings include the management and operation of nuclear medicine departments, brachytherapy departments, PET cyclotron centers and a noninvasive radio-surgery center. In addition, the Company more recently began the development and commercialization of medical technology products through its emerging Avanca subsidiary.
