We’ve heard clients ask for more flexible fee arrangements, lawyers who will partner with them and share risk, greater efficiency, and transparent and predictable budgeting. Our mission is to respond to that call. Gone is the overhead that restricts larger firms to a “one size fits all” billing model. We are free to work with clients to find the billing model that best fits their needs. We also approach cases from a practical point of view. While we are adept at dealing with the complexities of significant litigation, we don’t want to add complication (and expense) by over-lawyering your case. We understand the challenges business owners face. We know our success depends on the client's success. We are not your traditional law firm. That’s not to say that we don’t realize that some traditions are worth preserving. Like remembering that our job as lawyers is to focus on the clients.
