GTXR is a team of Georgia Tech students working to become the first collegiate team to fly a two stage solid propellant rocket to the Karman Line.

GTXR is an entirely student-led branch of Ramblin' Rocket Club at Georgia Tech. We build high performance two-stage rockets featuring complex internal components and aerostructures, state-of-the-art simulations, in-house flight computers, and custom high power rocket motors. Students have the opportunities to be involved in the design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing of several systems that become a part of some of the largest collegiate rockets, which have been consistently launched every year. We provide students with invaluable experience that not only prepares them for industry but also creates lifelong memories.
