The Georgia Sports Hall of Fame is a museum located in downtown Macon, Georgia. The 43,000-square-foot museum is presented as the leading state sports hall of fame in the United States and houses more than 3,000 artifacts honoring more than 400 inductees. Its exhibits incorporate interactive elements and period-inspired spaces, including ticket booths and a rotunda with brick columns, inviting visitors to explore Georgia's sports history. Each February, eight sports figures from Georgia are inducted during a weekend that culminates in a formal ceremony at the Macon City Auditorium, drawing more than 700 guests. In addition to exhibitions, the venue serves as a gathering space, offering meeting rooms, a 225-seat theater, and a full catering kitchen to support events such as meetings, trainings, and celebrations.
