Genesis Homes was established as a company in 2017 so we’re fairly new to the Cumbrian property scene. However, collectively as a team, we have an imposing wealth of experience to draw from covering all aspects of the house building industry. The founders and employees of the company have over 100 years of house building experience between them. Genesis Homes was formed with a simple objective ‘to create quality, vibrant and welcoming housing developments’; it was borne out of a desire to offer a much better product, and in turn a well-managed process in the house building industry. Everything Genesis does has the future house owner and the local community at the forefront of its thoughts. From bespoke finishing touches and clever storage solutions in its homes, to more green public open space and recreational areas on its developments, Genesis has all areas covered in the art of comfortable living.
