In 1997 Tauranga electrician Graham Hockly, and builder-business partner David Mansel formed Generation Homes. Their partnership was forged on trust, an ethic of hard work, quality workmanship, integrity and providing value for money. Those ethics are still as strong within the company as they were in 1997, and are the bedrock to our success. Those staunch values have earned us a reputation as a company to be trusted. Today Generation Homes has grown to become one of New Zealand’s top 10 residential construction companies by volume.
