General Motors South Africa operates as a motor vehicle manufacturer and importer in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. In Port Elizabeth, two plants support production—Struandale for the sub one-ton Chevrolet Utility, the Chevrolet Spark, and the Isuzu KB, and Kempston Road for Isuzu trucks produced in partnership with Isuzu Motors of Japan.
