Our baked goods were born in the back room of a chef-owned restaurant on the coast of Maine.  We folded and cut our beloved Cream Cheese Biscuits each day before dinner service.   Family, friends and neighbors gathered there to break bread together.  We committed to bake with clean, simple ingredients we felt good about serving to those we love.  

Naturally for us, taste drives all our decisions and the tradition of making food together is the touchstone of our business. Our pledge to use clean, simple ingredients is steadfast. We are proud to partner with companies who share these values. 

We are improving our capabilities and continue to innovate creative uses for our signature frozen laminated doughs. We continually nourish our commitment to build community around clean, simple food.
