Immigration Practice:
Removal defense, asylum, withholding of removal, Convention Against Torture (CAT), cancellation of removal, VAWA self-petitions, U-visas, family-based immigration (I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing), employment-based immigration (EB-1, O-1, national interest waivers, PERM), naturalization, TPS, and employment authorization. We represent clients before USCIS, Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and the U.S. Courts of Appeals, including the Second Circuit, where Attorney Dann is an admitted practitioner.

Tax Controversy Practice:
Representation before the IRS and U.S. Tax Court in audits, appeals, collections, offers in compromise, penalty abatement, innocent spouse relief, and collection due process (CDP) hearings.

Attorney Dann holds a J.D. and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, an M.Eng. in Engineering Management from Duke University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, admitted to the U.S. Tax Court, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
