Gables Benefits Group (GBG) is a full service Independent Employee Benefit and Individual Medical and Life Insurance Brokerage firm based in South Florida.  We represent hundreds of Group and Individual clients from Florida to New York.  GBG is run by Doug Pearce, a University of Virginia graduate w over 12 years of experience in the business.  

In an effort to be pro active with upcoming Health Care Reform, GBG launched our health Exchange Web Portal to allow individuals and families to shop all carriers for the best plan that fits their needs.  We have also teamed up w Zane Benefits, a leader in HRA (Health Reimburement Arrangement) administration, as an alternative solution to companies unable to afford higher cost group insurance.  Zane Benefits will assist your company in setting up an approved HRA  document.   The employer then provides a monthly allowance to its employees to spend as they see fit such as the purchase of an individual policies to suit their needs on a tax free bases through our exchange.  Left over funds can be used to cover such things as copays and deductibles. This strategy keeps the cost of the employer in check and allows the employees to purchase the plan they need instead of being told what plan is offered.  Also allows the policy holder to maintain the plan if they leave the employer.  A win win for all.
