From its beginning in 1999, the GW Community School has embraced a unique mission. We have developed an educational program for high school students which magnifies the giftedness and intelligence of each student. This is accomplished through a technically advanced college preparatory program that emphasizes authentic learning. Students experience academic challenges and success; they also develop social awareness and a sense of responsibility in an atmosphere where all are treated with respect and kindness.
