Born in response to an observed shortage of right of way expertise across Colorado agencies and organizations, FrontRow Land Solutions, Inc. was founded in Longmont, Colorado in 2016 by Trish Applegate-Loetz and husband Wesley Loetz with the mission to make specialty real estate expertise available to any agency, community, or organization, whose real estate transactions require compliance with governing regulations.

Although FrontRow Land Solutions may be a newer name on the scene, the well-seasoned and respected staff brings more than 20 years of professional experience in right of way, specialty real estate services, and economic development to effectively serve its clients.
