Founded in 1950, FOX has been dedicated to collecting delinquent accounts for over 70 years. Originally a privately held company owned by the Fox family, we became part of Professional Recovery Management, Inc. in 2008. The Fox family continues to play a significant role in our operations as key management team members. Following the acquisition, FOX expanded significantly, adding new clients, collectors, and upgrading our hardware and software capabilities. This growth enabled us to better serve a broader range of clients and debtors across the country, including entering new markets in the Southeast through strategic acquisitions. FOX operates from three locations: our corporate offices in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, and a call center in Cookeville, Tennessee. The Goodlettsville office houses our management team and support staff, while the Cookeville facility serves as an additional call center. Proudly a part of the Goodlettsville community since the 1970s, we’ve built strong relationships with our vendors, banks, and creditors, earning respect among our peers in the collection industry. Our commitment to ethical practices has allowed us to achieve proven results consistently. We have the capability to manage accounts of all sizes and types, successfully collecting for municipalities, utilities, medical practices, hospitals, billing companies, and many others.
