Founders Factory is a London-based technology platform that collaborates with experienced entrepreneurs and leading companies to build and support startups. Its model blends a venture studio, which co-founds ventures from inception, with an accelerator that nurtures early-stage startups across industries and geographies. The accelerator concentrates on Fintech, Health, Industrials, and Deep Tech, and provides access to a network of major corporate partners.

Founded by serial entrepreneurs Brent Hoberman and Henry Lane Fox, the company operates out of London and has developed a sizable portfolio since 2015. Since that time, it has built a portfolio of more than 450 companies that have secured over 500 pilots and commercial contracts with partner organizations. In April 2026, Watergenics GmbH announced a partnership with Rio Tinto and Founders Factory to shape the future of mining.
