Niche Focus Target Fortis Lamas Architects as a boutique firm specializing in education, entertainment, and hospitality design. Their small team size suggests a personalized, high-touch service model and potential value in scalable collaboration tools, project management software, and selective, high-margin retainers.

Collaboration Edge Leverage their stated emphasis on stakeholder collaboration to offer collaborative platforms, BIM-enabled coordination services, and design management consulting that streamline stakeholder engagement, approvals, and documentation, reducing project timelines.

Digital Footprint Their tech stack includes web and analytics tools; propose modern marketing packages, portfolio storytelling, and client analytics to attract new clients. Consider offering SEO, content marketing, and case study production to raise visibility among mid-market education and hospitality clients.

Growth Readiness Revenue range and founder-led, two-person to small team indicate potential for scalable partnerships, white-label design support, or collaboration with larger firms on larger projects, plus project-based or retainer-based services to support capacity gaps.

Competitive Positioning Given comparables are large global firms, position Fortis Lamas as a nimble, specialized partner with deep focus in education, entertainment, and hospitality. Offer growth opportunities in bid support, proposal development, and niche market targeting to win competitive opportunities against larger firms.
